Meaghan & Matt-Wedding: Newton, Massachusetts

Meaghan and Matt were sent my way by my amazing mentor and friend Liz of Elizabeth Wertz Photography. Matt's sister is married to Liz's younger brother Sam and it was so sweet that Sam and Kristin kept checking to see if I needed help or a duo of dashing light models. The warmth of Meaghan and Matt's families radiated throughout the day and it was so clear that they will always be surrounded by amazing family and friends in their life together.

I was so excited to find a beautiful path through the field behind their reception location- with the sun low in the sky and the busy day coming to an end, the shots of Meaghan and Matt at the end of the night capture the love that they share perfectly.

Meaghan and Matt- I wish you so much joy as you begin your married life together! While we are no longer neighbors, I hope you will stay in touch- you are an awesome couple!

Maggie & Tom- Maternity: Rochester Hills, Michigan

Maggie has been my stylist at U2 Salon of Rochester since I was in college and she is not only the best stylist I have ever had, but she is one of the sweetest, most sincere and caring people I have ever met. Even though I now live in Boston, I always wait to come home for my hair as Maggie is worth waiting for. I was so thrilled to hear that she and her husband Tom were expecting a little boy this Fall. While I am so bummed that Maggie will no longer be doing hair, I am so happy for her that she is going to be home with her little Tommy.

I absolutely loved this shoot. Tom kept looking at his beautiful wife with the most loving and caring gazes and Maggie was glowing and radiant. These two are going to be awesome parents as they have started with such a great foundation: immense love and compassion for eachother.
