Jean & Dee- Wedding: Hamlet Wind Watch, Long Island, NY

Jean & Dee's wedding was a unique blend of cultures with their closest family and friends at the center of the day. And while Dee had a brief scare that perhaps Jean had left him at the altar (when in fact we were at the mercy of our transportation who was stuck in traffic) I knew that Jean was counting down the seconds until she could be with Dee and marry him. There is a spark of genuine love that I wait for when the bride and groom see one another for the first time and Jean and Dee lit up completely at every moment of the day. My best friend Kim joined me for the day as a second shooter (the final image of the post is hers and I love it!) and it was awesome to have her there supporting me throughout the day and getting some great shots in the process! Former dancers ourselves, we loved being in the middle of everything once the party really got started- it was so clear how much Jean and Dee love the energy of the dance floor!

Jean & Dee- You are such a spirited, fun and gracious couple and I wish you all the best in your first year of marriage and throughout life's amazing journey. I am so glad that you are in Boston- we will definitely have to grab pizza and watch some UFC soon!

Elena & Will- Wedding: Granite Links Golf Club, Quincy, MA

I have to admit that I have a soft heart like my father, but I have never been so touched during a wedding as I was on Elena and Will's day. They are two of the classiest and most generous and beautifully spirited people that I have had the pleasure of getting to know. Elena's father was deeply missed this day, but there was such a strength in those that love this couple most that tears of sadness transformed to laughter and pure joy. Elena and Will live their promise to one another and they reminded each of us lucky enough to be there that day that the best place to be in the world is in the arms of those we love the most. Their day was personal and stunning and I felt so lucky to be there with Stephanie O'Neill capturing this amazing couple.

Elena and Will- I don't know what to say except thank you. Thank you for your faith in me(doesn't it seem like your engagement shoot was a lifetime ago?) I wish life's every happiness for you both and do keep in touch! You are an incredible pair!
