Tara & Keith- Wedding: The Wequassett Inn and Resort, Cape Cod

One of my favorite aspects of getting to know Tara and Keith over these past few months was calling Tara and saying, "Hi Tara, it's Tara!" and then laughing for a moment. This girl is not only a complete beauty, but is one of the sweetest, sassiest and down to earth brides that I have had the pleasure of knowing. The day of their Cape Cod wedding at The Wequassett the skies poured buckets for the majority of their day. I brought my amazing photographer friend Julie of Julie Sterling Photography (who dropped everything when I called her the day before and said that the weather was looking dreary and could she help me to make sure Tara & Keith got some rocking shots!). True to Tara form, she shrugged off the rain drops and smiled a dazzling smile all day long (especially at Keith-so sweet!) And, the sun came out for about 30 minutes and at the perfect time! Both families poured love for one another and I don't think I have ever choked up so much during a father/daughter dance. It was beautiful!

Jamie & Patrick- Engagement: Portsmouth, New Hampshire

I absolutely love when my couples get creative with their engagement shoot locales! Jamie and Patrick chose Portsmouth, New Hampshire to capture their engaged bliss and we could not have asked for a more gorgeous fall day. It was absolutely perfect walking around the streets of Portsmouth. Jamie is such a gorgeous girl and Patrick is completely smitten and so game for any shot which I love. Complete with outfit changes, I just love this shoot!

Casey & Tim- Wedding: Four Point Sheraton Tiffany Ballroom, Norwood, Massachusetts

When I first met with Casey to talk about her wedding day, she was accompanied by her father. Tim, her now adoring husband, was still serving overseas and it was clear that Casey's father was her strength and support in planning their gorgeous celebration. On the day of the wedding, Tim and Casey could not stop smiling at one another and I was so aware of how precious time together with the one you love most is.

And boy do these families know how to celebrate! It was a blast of a reception with a dance floor that never stopped until Tim's brother who also serves his country, left to go back to his assignment. It was a day of taking every moment and cherishing it to the fullest. The bond between these two families is so strong and will serve Casey and Tim well in their lives together.

Kristie & Kevin- Wedding: The Finger Lakes Wine Region, New York

It was truly such an honor to be a part of Kristie and Kevin's wedding celebration in the beautiful Finger Lakes Wine Region in upstate New York. Kristie and Kevin celebrated with their closest family and friends and were always beaming at their 3 year old son Ethan as he watched wide-eyed throughout the day. Kristie looked absolutely stunning and Kevin broke into the most amazing smile every time he looked at her. Their chemistry is amazing and their little family is already so strong. I can only imagine how beautifully their love will grow.

There in spirit was Kristie's dad, Terry, who skyped into the ceremony from his bedroom at home. While he was hugely missed, you could tell that every member of his family and his daughter had him in their hearts throughout the day. His passion for life, positive attitude and deep faith will undoubtedly lead Kristie and Kevin in their lives together. Terry- aren't you proud of your gorgeous girl? She is so beautiful inside and out!
